Okay — so who exactly are you?

MG DigiGrowth mark

MG DigiGrowth

/em dʒiː ˈdɪdʒɪɡrəʊθ/  ·  noun

We're a full-service brand, marketing, technology and growth partner that works like your in-house team. In one engagement you get strategy, creative, engineering and demand generation — instead of briefing four vendors who never speak to each other.

  • Eight capability groups — brand, digital, marketing, performance, product, content, personal and political branding
  • Sixteen industries — each with its own buying behaviour, search demand and compliance constraints
  • Any stage — join us at idea, at launch, or when growth has stalled

Small teams, senior people, and a written plan before anything is designed or built. You get one point of contact and a schedule you can hold us to.

  • Dedicated pod — two to four specialists assigned to your account, not a rotating queue
  • Weekly reviews — a standing call, a shared board and a monthly report tied to business metrics
  • Quarterly strategy — we re-plan every quarter against what the numbers actually did

The commitments we make in writing at the start of every engagement.

  • You own everything — domains, ad accounts, analytics, source files, content and CRM data
  • No vanity reporting — we report on enquiries, pipeline and cost per qualified lead
  • Scope before spend — a written proposal with deliverables and timelines before any retainer starts

Founders launching something new, SMEs that have outgrown their current marketing, and enterprise teams filling capability gaps they haven't hired for.

  • Startups & founders — brand, MVP, launch and the first ninety days of demand
  • SMEs — digital presence, local search, lead generation and content
  • Enterprise teams — embedded specialists, overflow production and fractional leadership

The six slides we open every first call with — what we are, how the pod works, and what you get every week, month and quarter.

That's a solid line-up. Got something short that ties it all together?

How MG DigiGrowth runs your marketing on human autopilot

How MG DigiGrowth runs your marketing on human autopilot

A two-minute overview of how brand, website, product and demand generation come together in one engagement.

Embed your overview video here — replace the placeholder with a YouTube or Vimeo iframe.
The growth lifecycle

Your brand, website, product and marketing are one system.

They shouldn't operate as disconnected pieces bought from four different vendors. Select a stage to see what happens there — and where we'd join you.

How is this different from hiring four separate agencies?

Marketing gets expensive when nobody owns the whole picture.

Four vendors, four agendas

  • The brand agency hands over a logo the web team can't build with.
  • The website launches without the content that would make it rank.
  • Paid media drives traffic to pages nobody designed to convert.
  • The product ships with no positioning, pricing page or launch plan.
  • Every report measures activity. None of them measures revenue.

One partner, one system

  • Positioning is decided once and inherited by every asset downstream.
  • The site is built around the content and search terms that matter.
  • Ads, landing pages and offers are designed by the same team.
  • Product, pricing and go-to-market are scoped in the same brief.
  • Reporting rolls up to pipeline, enquiries and revenue.

Why do founders and marketing heads choose MG DigiGrowth?

Six things we do differently.

01

Senior people on the account

The person who scopes your work is the person who runs it. No handover to a junior team after the pitch.

02

Strategy before execution

Every engagement opens with a written plan tied to a business objective, not a deliverables list.

03

One connected system

Brand, website, product and campaigns are designed together, so nothing gets rebuilt six months later.

04

Evidence over opinion

Tracking, attribution and testing go in first, so budget decisions are settled by data.

05

Speed where it counts

Quick wins in the first thirty days while the compounding work — search, content, brand — gets built properly.

06

Reporting you can take upstairs

Monthly numbers a founder or a board can read without translation.

Brand inception

It starts with an idea.

Whether you're launching a company, introducing a product or transforming an existing business, we build the ecosystem around your vision — in the order that makes commercial sense.

01
Strategy

Positioning, audience and the commercial case.

02
Naming

A name that is available, ownable and easy to say.

03
Logo

A mark that works at 16px and on a building.

04
Brand Identity

Colour, type, layout, imagery and motion.

05
Guidelines

So the brand survives contact with other people.

06
Website

The first place anyone verifies you are real.

07
Content

Proof that you understand the customer's problem.

08
Marketing

Distribution across search, social and media.

09
Demand

Turning attention into qualified conversations.

10
Growth

Compounding what works, cutting what does not.

Product & technology

What do your clients say?

In their words.

“They took our positioning apart and rebuilt it before touching a single design. That order made everything after it cheaper.”

Okay — how do we actually start?

Strategy first. Execution with purpose.

Five phases, one plan, and a written scope before any retainer starts.

01

Discover

We audit the business, the market and the existing funnel. Interviews, analytics, competitor teardowns and a clear read on what is actually limiting growth.

02

Define

Positioning, audience, messaging, scope and success metrics get written down and agreed before any design or code begins.

03

Design

Brand systems, interfaces and campaign architecture are designed together so the work is consistent across every surface.

04

Deploy

Build, launch and instrument. Websites, products and campaigns ship with tracking, schema and QA in place from day one.

05

Grow

Review, experiment, expand. Monthly reporting tied to pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Founders launching something new, SMEs that have outgrown their current marketing, and enterprise teams that need capabilities they haven't hired for. We work across sixteen industries, with most depth in SaaS and technology, real estate, healthcare, F&B, education and B2B services.

Do you only take on full-lifecycle projects?

No. Plenty of engagements start with one piece — a website, an ad account, a rebrand. The difference is that we scope that piece with the rest of the system in mind, so it doesn't have to be rebuilt when the next piece arrives.

How quickly can we start?

Discovery usually begins within a week or two of the first call. Brand and website projects typically run six to twelve weeks; retained marketing programmes start producing within the first month and compound from there.

How do you price your work?

Projects are quoted as a fixed scope with milestone billing. Retained programmes are a monthly fee based on channels, content volume and reporting depth. Media budget is always separate and paid directly by you.

Who owns the accounts and assets?

You do — domains, ad accounts, analytics, source files, content and CRM data stay in your ownership throughout and after the engagement.

Do you work with businesses outside Hyderabad?

Yes. We're headquartered in Hyderabad and work with clients across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Goa, plus international clients remotely.

Locations

Working across India, headquartered in Hyderabad.

Awesome. I think I'm sold — how do I talk to someone?

Book a 30-minute call. We'll ask about the business, not pitch at you, and follow up with a written point of view.

Not your typical service-for-service agency.

We work like your in-house team — including the out-of-scope work — to hit the numbers that matter to your business.
