Who we are

MG DigiGrowth ("we", "us", "our") is a brand, marketing, technology and growth agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, our marketing activity and our client engagements.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, MG DigiGrowth acts as a Data Fiduciary for data collected through this website, and as a Data Processor when handling data on behalf of client organisations under a signed agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number, website, industry, budget range and the content of your enquiry when you complete a form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically. Pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, browser and operating system, collected through analytics cookies where you have consented.

Information from third parties. Publicly available business information and, where you interact with our advertising, aggregated campaign data from platforms such as Google and Meta.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, health information or government identifiers through this website.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver contracted services; to send resources, newsletters or updates you have requested; to improve the performance and content of this website; to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Our lawful basis is your consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (for client delivery), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business (for security, analytics and fraud prevention).

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM and advertising platforms — under contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.

Some of these providers process data outside India. Where that happens, transfers are made in line with applicable law and with contractual protections in place.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract plus the period required by tax and contract law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform, typically 14 months.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure of your data; withdrawal of consent for marketing at any time; and nomination of another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any right, write to info@mgdigigrowth.com with the subject line 'Data Request'. We verify identity before acting and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege permissions on client accounts, and periodic review of the third-party tools we use. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority of a reportable breach as required by law.
