Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to services purchased directly from MG DigiGrowth. It supplements, and does not replace, the specific terms of a signed engagement agreement, which prevail in the event of conflict.

Project engagements

Projects are billed against milestones. If a project is cancelled before work commences, the advance is refundable less any third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as domain, licence or stock purchases.

If a project is cancelled mid-delivery, fees are settled for work completed and in progress up to the date of written notice. Completed deliverables are handed over on settlement of that invoice; work in progress is provided in its current state without warranty.

Retained engagements

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. The notice period is served and billed in full; the month in progress is not refunded, and all work scheduled within it is delivered.

Retainers may be paused once in any twelve-month period for up to 60 days by written agreement. Paused engagements are not billed, and resumption is subject to team availability.

Advertising media

Media budgets paid to advertising platforms are not refundable by us. Unspent budget held in a platform account remains under your control, as you own the accounts.

Requesting a refund

Write to info@mgdigigrowth.com with the engagement name and reason. We acknowledge within 3 working days and complete assessment within 10 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days, net of applicable taxes and transaction charges.

Service concerns

If you are dissatisfied with delivery, raise it in writing before requesting a refund. We will agree a remediation plan with dates. Most concerns are resolved through rework at no additional cost, which is faster for both parties than cancellation.
